You don't have to settle for a high milage unit. There are lots of low milage ones out there. We found lots of them before we bought ours. We ended up buying a new one because we are two widows who are in our middle 70s and wanted everything to be under warranty, but we found lots with less than 30,000 miles on them for very reasonable prices. Check out Craigslist and all of the RV sales places. It seems that Southern California had the best deals at dealerships. We bought ours in Arizona.
