Manual Needed

Not worth the effort. RV manuals are ao genearic as to be totally useless.

Get the model # for all the appliance and other items in the Rv and hopefully you can download them.

Thank you guys for your replies.........my overall concern I guess is I am to pick up the RV and there are some buttons on the dash that I don't know what they are to do. The owner I was to pick it up from has passed and won't be able to explain them to me.........

Cyndi, I agree with Don, but if you are new with owning a MH, there might be some tidbits in the owners manual. I would go to their web site at http://thormotorcoach.com/contact.php and requested a manual using Customer Care. They have emailed manuals in the past.

I suggest you also find out the chassis and engine make/model and download those manuals too. They should cover some of the dash controls (non-RV related) and give you basic info on operations and maintenance.

a search with google can find a lot of information about most anything you have. do a search like this and add your year it was built for the best info damon intruder motorhome manual if a previous owner installed the buttons you describe on the dash you will have to figure out what they do yourself.

The "Manual" is about a 10 pound bag of papers I can give you any unique parts (Which basically amounts to one page) if you have the right sounds system. (Pioneer Home Theater) if you have a different sound system I can not help. Directly.

Manuals inside the bag
Chassis manual. This is basically the same as a Chevy Sliverado (I have teh Vortec 8.1 L engine) or a Bigger Chevy Straight truck. Though I have different brakes.
Transmission Manual (Allison) these are the big manuals in the bag. I would suggest a Chilton's or their comnpetitor Truck manual

A good resource is the RV Museum in Elkhart IN. The whole upstairs is a great library with lots of information on almost any unit you could have. We bought a class C Four Winds Siesta last year. It was one of the last Damon’s off the line. Called Thor, the guy promised to send a key we needed, but alas he never would talk to me again nor answer my email. Never did get the promised key. They are terrible at customer support.
