Given your budget, I'd say you should forget diesel and concentrate on gas models. There are many models with a 54" (full) corner bed in the rear, and a Coachmen model or two with a 60" (queen) jammed into a corner. Here is link to the Coachmen with a slide. It can be had on either a Ford or Chevy gas chassis.
It is 24'5", and since it shows a step up to the bed/bath area, I'm thinking it probably has good storage underneath them.
