Surprisingly, it was a bit lighter than the original, so the bed lift supports have an easier job at raising the bed. I came with 2 foam pillows as well. I also purchased this mattress cover and this sheet set and happy with both.
I think it's very comfortable for sleeping. More importantly, wifey seems to really like it. :)
