Generator's carb is likely shot, so expect to be rebuilding that. The fresh water tank will need a thorough sanitizing with bleach. The gray and black tanks also will need a thorough rinsing since any poop in them will long have since turned to rock. Tires are likely rotted, so expect to buy seven (spare included.)
I'd pull and replace the parking brake and brake calipers and pads, just for prophylactic reasons, as well as changing all fluids (ATF, oil, brake fluid, etc.)
Not cheap, but it is normal stuff for a vehicle, and done right, it will last you a long time.
