May Buy a 2010 Class C with only 6000 mi

I am looking at a 2010 Sunseeker 2940 which has been idle for 3 years. The previous owners got sick and the RV has been parked for about 3 years. I am having a RV repair facility reseal and caulk it, but are there other worries, I should look for? It is less than half the original price and is a good deal IF there are no hidden issues.
Are there anythngs O should check or beware of?

    Check the date codes on the tires. Might need to replace them if older than six years, no matter the wear. I don't know what condition the truck battery or house batteries might be in for just sitting 3 or so years. Good luck with the unit.

    if the generator hasnt been run in a long time the carb might need cleaning.
