For the OP, I had no issues with the stock extenders/stems when using V2B air through caps and a dually chuck. I have since got rid of the hub caps due to their noise.
Yea but I'll bet you don't have the newer wheels with 18 small round holes to try and reach through to try and hold a rubber valve steady while you either put the gauge or the double chuck head through that little hole also. You better have very, very tiny long fingers. :B
