MH Licensing costs in NV, AZ and Utah?

In the Pretty great state of Utah you pay property taxes on your MH. The taxes are based on where your residence is located in the state, the value the MH and the age. I live in SLC and my taxes are 1400.00 a year (2007) based on the factors above. You also have to go through a 200.00 dollar state inspection every other year
