MH Licensing costs in NV, AZ and Utah?
I am seriously considering leaving California for either NV, AZ or Utah. I am trying to factor in all tax and licensing related differences in each of these states to help me choose the best location ...

To get that 'special' rate in Arizona, you have to have one of two things:
1. Know the "secret" handshake at the time of registration...or
2. Be related to Sheriff Joe...:E

Vehicle License Tax and Registration Fees
No license tax or registration fee shall be collected from any veteran for a personally owned vehicle if such veteran is certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to be one hundred percent service-connected disabled.
I have to pay the environmental fee. I gave the OP a truthfull answer to the question he asked. I also let him know his fee could be different. Let him figure it out.
