MH Licensing costs in NV, AZ and Utah?

Avoid Utah! If your MH is longer than 32 feet, they will RIP YOU OFF!!! You will pay property tax AND by the weight. Then there's the lovely state safety inspection just waiting to find something wrong with your coach so they can RIP YOU OFF too!
