how was the KOA? clean? quiet? safe? neighborhood ok?
The New Olreans KOA is very nice. As long as you don't leave the compound it, safe, clean and quite. The armed guard at the gate might give you a general idea of what happens outside the gate. Don't try to walk the few blocks to Bourbon street but a short drive is quite safe.
