The damage I received due to the love bugs was on the plastic protection filem on the front of the mh. This was installed by Thor when it was new. It was in good shape prior to the trip. I did get the bugs off the same day. After talking with Diamond Shield, the film was put on in 2011/12. It has improved a lot since then, in fact, now the film is self healing. The acid from the bugs just pitted the film real bad. I am working with Diamond Shield and my insurance company to get it replaced.
