This statement would be hard to substantiate, (if we're still talking Michelin) since that tire size is not part of the FMCA program.
And as I said if he could buy through FMCA and he can't. But if the tire size is within the FMAC plan you can find them for less money then the plan, I know this twice over from buying tires.
