And as I said if he could buy through FMCA and he can't. But if the tire size is within the FMAC plan you can find them for less money then the plan, I know this twice over from buying tires.

It is darn hard to beat National Account Pricing, let alone be qualified to get it! And National Account Pricing changes with how you are qualified. FMCA may get one price, while another group or company may get another.
