Anyone purchase tires from a Yuma tire dealer using the FMCA Michelin Tire prg. If so, who? TIA

Yes,the price of the tires may bring them back down to close to what I paid for my Toyo's,but I got a labor price of $375 from one dealer and $450 from another on top of the tire price. That was for installing four tires on the rear. They also insisted that they had to replace all of my stainless wheel stems.
