Mid 90s Class C that hasn't had a leak problems??

In looking for a 1992-1999 Class C I have found evidence of leaks, either in the roof or around a window. Previous posts in this forum note this is not uncommon. In fact the main advice in purchase is...

It is possible to get delamination without water damage. In a class C, this can occur in/around the area where the cabover meets the main house area. Constant flexing can lead to delamination in that area in particular.
