If I remember correctly,her budget of under $20k rules out Sprinters.That Explorer with the Dodge that you talked about must have sold, but it would have gotten you around 15-16 mpg as do most Dodge Class Bs.Dodges typically have 36 gallon tanks.Stay away from the Fords with the big 460 V8's great power ,bad mpg.
