I know that Four Winds/Hurricane built a model 30Q that on the Ford chassis had a GCWR that was 10,000# higher that the GVWR. 30' class A without any slides. I think they stopped building it a few years ago, but there are quite a few of them out there running around.
The hitch needs to be upgraded, but the towing capacity you want is there in a nice compact unit that will be a lot cheaper than some of the other options you have mentioned.
