Mixing oil types (5w-20 mixed with 10w-30)
My RV has the ford v-10 in it and I noticed today the oil is closer to the "low" level than the "full" level on the dip stick. I have a few quarts of 10w-30 (might be 5w-30) but I was going to top it ...

If it was me . . . and it is still between the low and the high mark on the dipstick and you are planning to change it soon I wouldn't bother adding any. A 3-4 hour trip (especially at this time of year) isn't going to effect the oil level in any substantial way.
It's on the lower side of the stick like right at the low line on the dip stick, still has quite a bit of room to be at the full or middle
