Mixing oil types (5w-20 mixed with 10w-30)
My RV has the ford v-10 in it and I noticed today the oil is closer to the "low" level than the "full" level on the dip stick. I have a few quarts of 10w-30 (might be 5w-30) but I was going to top it ...

as long as it is in between the high and low marks, drive the 3-4 hours and don't worry about it. If it was on the low mark or below I would say add a quart.
