Mixing oil types (5w-20 mixed with 10w-30)
My RV has the ford v-10 in it and I noticed today the oil is closer to the "low" level than the "full" level on the dip stick. I have a few quarts of 10w-30 (might be 5w-30) but I was going to top it ...

How many quarts does engine hold........for every 1000 RPM a quart of oil could be in suspension.
I would add enough to bring oil up off a low and WHY is oil that low to begin with!
