Our old 24 foot '79 Higgins Delta had corrugated(?)metal siding and lots of leaky corner joints. I think that current smooth laminated siding may be more leak resistant. Inspect the roof for any soft spots and cracks where vents and AC unit, etc. penetrate the roof. Inspect the ceiling and areas around side windows and front overhead window areas for water leak damage. Mold is a health hazard.
