Sorry could not get any wifi last night. We drove from Van Horne to Fredricksburgh TX and the winds were terrible, head and quartering headwinds all the way. Drove about 30 miles less on the tank and used 3 gals more for the distance. I did not calculate yet. Today we drove to Killeen tx, at 2300 rpm about 60-62 mph. Scan gauge was indicating 9mpg a little over a 100 miles and less than a 1/4 tank used. Will update more once we get going, but throttle response was very good. Used tow haul when in stop go and it was much smoother. I think due to the slower speed the downshifts went more to the 5K range on the steeper hills but again traffic kept me from keeping speed up. Remember this is the tx hill country and there were lots of ups and downs yesterday and today. generally the rpms would rise about 1000 over the set cruise until real slow when it went up, but without the clatter and without the suddenness. Much better than stock IMO.
For the MPH no I read direct off the scan guage and compared to the GPS both were within 1mph of each other. the indicated was a steady 3-4 off in comparison so at 60 it was indicating 63 or there about.
