I am a construction superintendent and use my RV to live in while I am working away from my local area. I have been living and working from my RV for almost 4 years. I have found the parks that I have stayed at very friendly and helpful. Make friends with your neighbors and the staff and they will keep an eye on your rig when you are away. I have not had a problem to date. I do keep things locked up while I am away. Pick a good park and look at the surroundings. Several of the parks I have stayed recently had nightly security at the entrance and a patrol at night too. Both of these were in the Miami area.
