Our RV dealer recommended a company that came out to our place and said that the windshields needed to be reset...if one or both windshields break we would need to buy new windshields. They broke both windshields, I paid for two new windshields and had to wait... it poured rain that night which poured into my motorhome through the broken seal. New windshields came in and were installed. The company said I had nothing to worry about when they let me take my RV home. Company used wrong seal on windshields and they sagged down. The manager came and offered a discount!!!! I took that company to small claims court to pay for that poor install, damages to the curtains, dash and a new windshield install to be performed by another company. When the second company finished it looked as good as new. Was a headache and took 1 1/2 years to get that first commpany to pay the judgement I had against them.
If it doesn't look right to you after the install, they didn't install properly or installed wrong windsheild. That is not your fault, it is installers fault and should be reinstalled on their dime not yours.
