Well Sir,
While your notion of mounting it on the front could possibly work in the weight handling category, my thoughts would be that, blocking any desperately needed air flow to many "over worked" RV engines could produce undesired higher engine operation temps. Especially on grades. Not trying to diss your answer here. Just expressing thoughts on ramifications by carrying the bike on the front.
Then, there's the thought of that poor bike, taking every BUG on the planet in your travels. Cleaning and detailing motorcycles is hard enough but, trying to peel ten zillion butterflies, bees, and a whole host of other flying bugs from all the tiny crevices, corners, fins, etc. could and would be a nightmare.
And, if a cover would be used, you'd block even more air from the intake. Just some thoughts here.
