MSRP is a fantasy and everyone knows it. Base your calculation on at least 27% off MSRP as the transaction price.

I think the 18%for the first year is to high
I think the 50% in 3 years is a little to high, but not much. That is roughly 27% plus 8% a year for 3 years. Not bad imo.
All that said the discount off MSRP and the depreciation are significant
