Just got off the phone with the owner of the tree tree trimming company in the space next to me. He is going to look at it tomorrow. After looking at the scratch in more detail it appears as it was made as they were pulling out of the space. The initial area of impact is on the left side of the scratch.They may not have even known they did it. I will wait until I hear back from him then and then it will be up to the insurance company. Stay tuned.
