We just got back from 6 days at Normandy Farms and I have to agree. The place was mostly empty (off season) but still on dirt/gravel, and the interior roads were very very dusty. Couple that with no one even coming close to obeying the speed limit, we were covered with dust after a few days! Not a resort in my book either. But, it is close to all the things you want to see and it does have level, FHU sites.
