Motorhome rocks excessively while driving down the highway

I have a class a Thor daybreak 28-ft motorhome that rocks excessively while driving on the highway it's not a sway issue it rocks excessively like it's way top heavy like to know any possible solution...

It has happened on all roads ever since I got it brand new it just seems like it's way top heavy and needs something to keep it from rocking excessively when driving down the road and when you go around corners it really tips
