Not sure how it is on the east coast but out on the west it seems that the majority of DP's seem to be coming from the auctions. Not necessarily a bad thing but there is no owner history and most of the ones we've seen have not been very well maintained. Many of the six year old coaches we looked out with less than 40K miles have been thrashed. If shopping at a dealers for a used rig, some may be under consignment. One we are looking at, the dealer has marked up over $30K from the owners price. It looks like this will take us awhile, but we've narrowed down what we want and will keep searching.
