Motorhomes are, by nature "top-heavy". Between the height and flat sides, therefore there is a certain amount of "wallow" or sway. If you don't mind spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on suspension gizmos, go for it. They MIGHT lessen the sway but won't remove all of it. At 25000 miles I got new tires. Also new shocks. The original Ford shocks were little more than rubber bands. The new shocks did improve a bit...but just that: "a bit" nothing more.
Personally, I simply get used to it. High winds...hang on. Some road surfaces..and lack of maintenance don't help either. Yes..at first,a bit of unease, but after a few thousand miles, you take it as second nature.
