He didn't pull one of you over (moving on the highway)... Where you used the Casino parking lot as a convenient place to stop?
Yes we were stopped to stay overnight just off of interstate 10 before heading south to Glamis. All rigs were registered in CA and used CA roads to get to the parking lot so it stands to reason that they had just violated a traffic law and if they left the parking lot they were once again going to violate a traffic law. JMO but I don't think the officer would have noticed the extra length of the motorhomes going down the road but since his attention was drawn to our doubles and we were parked next to the MH's it was easy for him to see they might, and were, over length.
