For your load at the time the weight was taken, yes your pressures could be high but I can't say for sure based on what Hercules provides. They only state the maximum load at the maximum cold pressure.
You could apply the Goodyear inflation table for a 245/70R 19.5 G rated tire but your weight is off the bottom of the chart which would be 80 PSI for a weight of 7280 Lbs on the front and 13660 Lbs rear which is actually greater than what your axles are rated but not by much. Using Goodyear pressures is not without hazard. Even though the table does not specify a particular make or model tire just size and series Hercules might have different numbers. I recommend calling Hercules (1-844-432-9729) to find out what they say.
And get your coach weight checked again once you load up the storage bins and other areas with stuff. It adds up quick. Individual weights would be best but you can get by with axle weight until such time as you can source someone who can weight each corner.
