So we call DTV whenever we are more than 200 miles from home to get the National programing or it will automatically switch? I don't care about our local news. I do want to receive NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox. Doesn't matter where they come from. I have the hotspot for reading local and national news. I can't watch TV news anymore. It's pretty useless.Once you leave the local spot beam you will no longer get NBC, etc. Once you call and get them for the new local spot beam your home will no longer get them.
But my biggest question is that if I bring the RV receiver in the house the night before we leave nd boot it up on a home line, will our recorded shows be on it when I plug it back into the RV?
