Looking at the diagrams for 110VAC distribution there are no notes regarding the one circuit that is not supported by the inverter. There is a second outlet on the circuit at the bedroom desk. The one GFI circuit that starts at the galley outlet and feeds five additional outlets in potentially wet locations.
If as part of the circuit move to the sub panel you now have two circuit feeds on a single breaker a better setup would be to replace one of the full width breakers with a double. Two feeds from a single breaker is best avoided.
