Just a few more data points. We drove our 26.5' Lazy Daze from California to Alaska and back last summer (2012), putting on just over 9,000 miles. Our average fuel economy was 8.24 mpg (towing a 4,000 lb Jeep). The average fuel price was $4.494/gal (including Canada). The lowest price was $3.729/gal and the highest $5.526/gal.
