You are welcome! The format is a simple spreadsheet.
Keep in mind you will have some tanks that show poor MPG due to factors other than actual mileage - if the tank wasn't filled quite as much, then the next fill took a bit more.
I didn't note the terrain or wind conditions on each tank but it helps to have an idea for each tank so you have an idea of the effects on mileage.
I write the odometer and trip meter readings on each receipt, reset the trip meter and then work the numbers when we get home.
Enjoy the journey, don't fret to much over the numbers!
