Our HWH leveling wouldn't go into travel mode and the warning light would come on intermittently. We were headed to the midwest so we stopped in Moscow IA at the HWH factory and service. It took them 4 days to troubleshoot and fix the problem. They replaced 5 valves, rebuilt the control box, put in a new keypad, and upgraded the software. Excellent customer service but an intermittent problem can be a pain! The valves were sticking. That was 2 years ago. Now we have another problem. The left rear is too low when it tries to go to travel mode. They are checking the "6 pack manifold" exhaust valves and solenoid. Agree you should get the problem reported in case.
