I was going to ask if it was possible your wind sensor switch was hooked up backwards. Instead of closing it when the wind gets too high it's opening it. But that wouldn't explain the problem just starting, unless maybe the wires shorted or something. Mine has an over ride switch for the wind sensor. Maybe put it in the over ride position and see if the problem continues with the sensor turned off.
