From my observation......
The best deals come out of hiding after Labor Day and they get better and more abundant into early November. Once the holidays (Thanksgiving) are in-sight, sellers focus on that instead. After New Year's Day, sellers set their sights on spring so the prices go back up in January. RV shows start showing up in mid January for the same reason.
