A very Nice writeup with the pictures. You have given me some ideas on the radio.
As you can see in my signature I also have a Fleetwood product on a Chevy Chassis, a Tioga.
I have done some Mods on mine to make it more livable and spacious for a small space.
One was a Swivel Front Seat this really opens up the living area when camping.
The other was a New Window In The Door it also helped open it up with more light and view, not to mention added ventilation when needed. These are just a few that I have done.
On your to do list I also saw rear valve stem extenders, the best on the market are Tire Man valve stems. I have them as does many others here on the forum, there are many write ups on them. I have a friend that has had them for over 10 years and 3 sets of tires and never a problem. It makes checking and filling the tires an easy job that just takes minutes.
I really like mine on a Chevy Chassis with the added room in the cockpit area and comfort. On another note, I did the headlight swap too and could not believe how cheap it was, what difference it made to the looks, just like new. Keep up the good work and post more of your mods.
Good Luck and I hope that your camping with this rig goes smooth and trouble free.
I will definitely be looking into the door window replacement- the swivel might not work as there is a "wall" behind both seats-
