Your project is comming along nice. We plan to uncover ours next weekend and put it in service. I have changed ours over to all weather so can start a bit early.
Here is a travel tip. When traveling always leave the rear vent in the bathroom open some. And set your heater/AC in the truck to bring in out side air. The temp in the complete rig will be the same. When pulling in to a rest area ect just leave the engine running as it does need to cool down before you can shut it off any way. That will keep the temp in the rig the same as cab area. Close the rear vent and you will cool or heat only the cab area. We have kept the complete rig cool in temps as high as 110 F and as low as 18 F.
We always keep the bathroom vent open when using the rig and both vents open when storing the rig. Starting doing that in Fla. with our Airstream right after buying our first vent covers. Our rigs always smell fresh in side. No more mold or musty smell.
