It looks like you're willing to do a lot of things to your rig, so you might want to also go ahead and add some stick-on automatic 12 volt DC tank heater pads to your grey and black tanks.
You can drive during freezing weater with these turned on to keep liquid in the two tanks from freezing. Then you can camp in the same conditions with them turned on so the tanks are kept fully usable:
