My 2012 MVP did not come with a spare. I went to the pull & pay and picked up an 8 bolt Ford rim. As of 1998 Ford changed it's inside diameter on the 8 bolt rim. For some reason before I had a tire mounted I jacked it up to test fit the rim and found it would not fit the front spindle. So I took it back and took my tape measure this time. the new Ford rim is 1/16 larger in diameter on the center. I also picked up a Ford under slung carrier to hang the new spare from. I didn't want to do our first trip with out one.
