How significant is your wife's fear? Is she seriously afraid or just a little concerned? No matter how many stories she is told about other people's experiences she is not going to be comfortable if she is really scared. Has she had issues with fearfulness in past situations? If so, how were they resolved? Did she become desensitized with good experiences or did she continue to have anxiety? You are looking at a major financial investment and need to explore these questions. lizzie
