These are always interesting posts. Tiffin has a wonderful reputation for taking care of problem and Bob Tiffin is the model salesperson who stands behind his product and it is rare for someone who has dealt directly with him to not sing his praises. On the other hand it seems from reading on this forum that they have quite a few problems and that you must endure a trip to Red Bay and what for many is a lengthy stay. Winnebago also has a good reputation for quality and standing behind it but has no stars who do the customer service. I think so much is confidence in dealers close to you and I like Winnebago because of the nationwide network of dealers. Basically it really comes down to getting the motorhome you want with the right floor plan and the remainder is secondary. You can tell the quality by walking around, slamming the doors, looking in closets, checking the bays etc. Good luck.
