I was working at my storage facility on Sunday, and one of my clients
was leaving to trade in their Jayco for a Tiffin Allegro Bus.
I asked why they chose Tiffin? They mentioned the fact that Bob Tiffin stands behind his RV's, and their neighbor (the guy who is the subject of the link above), told them how Bob took care of the soft floor years out of warranty. That sold them.
Now that is about $500,000 worth of RV sales that were generated by one replaced floor.
Bob is a smart guy.
