Busskipper... you can also look at a Chevy Tahoe/Suburban, GMC Yukon/Yukon XL or the Cadillac Escalade/ESV. They are seven passenger, 4x4 and can be towed four down.

MM, Chevy is on My Do NOT BUY List - Goes back to the First Diesels they came out with and the fact that it cost well over a $100,000 to fix/replace/junk the 5 units I bought.
Really not the kind of Guy who keeps a grudge - BUT - I thought the Government should have let them GO UNDER.
Over the 25 years after we left Chevy/GMC we probably had 50 Ford Diesels and all of them ran for 100's of thousands of miles, not the less than 10,000 miles of the junk from GM.
Sorry for the rant -

So now we look at Ford - Lexus and Honda/Acura
I totally understand. I single handily put Oldsmobile out of business as I boycotted them after buying a new '81 Delta 88 Royale Brougham diesel (ha ha). What a piece of junk.
After 35 yrs. of avoiding American cars, I have softened and might consider a GM if one jumped out to me.
But, I'm thinking of going with the Lincoln MKX AWD as a replacement for my Honda at the end of the year. So, I'll skip GM again.
