I assume you realize that the last Commander was made in 2010 so at best you would be getting a 6 year old vehicle...
The off road aspect of your specification really needs to be defined better, I do extensive off-roading and have seen many vehicles "in the dirt". Any vehicle will go off road...to a certain point. You need to decide things like ground clearance and approach angles so you can apply those to the vehicles specification.
